Participatory Village Development Programme ( PVDP) Sindh is a non-profit and non- governmental organization is implementing a project title “Strengthening the livelihoods and Resilience of Vulnerable Agricultural Communities in Rural Sindh, Phase-2” Project” with the support of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH). Initial 15 Months duration (Extendable if needed).

Sealed Quotations are invited from firms/suppliers for the following items.

Seating capacity of 04 persons and 01 Driver, with AC, spare tyre, seat belts, tool box, toe chain, fire extinguisher, good mileage, Tyres condition 80%. With literate driver having a valid driving license able to fill log books. Vehicle must be in good condition and rates are without fuel.

Requirements for Quotation:

• Quotations should be submitted in a sealed envelope also fill & sign the CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST DISCLOSURE FORM attached with this RFQ.
  • Company profile with relevant experience including Client name, the volume of contract, and the location of services.
  • 06 monthly bank statements (latest months)
  • NTN/GST certificate copies
  • Quotations must cover all the above aspects on the company letterhead with the address and phone/fax number.
  • Rate should be inclusive cost of driver salary, repair- maintenance, oil etc.
  • The cost must be given in Pak Rupees including all applicable taxes
  • PVDP will not responsible for driver accommodation and food etc.
  • Vehicles would be based in Islamkot District Tharparkar.
  • Payment details of the supplier must be clear stated e.g. to whom cheque should be addresses and if necessary.
  • The vehicles should be in good condition.
  • Delivery to be made at PVDP Regional Office Islamkot.
  • Vehicles must be parked in PVDP Regional office Islamkot compound in overnight.
  • Vehicle will be utilized mostly in District Tharparkar (Taluka Deeplo) and rare case in other areas where as per need.
  • Payment will be made after deduction of all applicable taxes in cross cheque within one week after submission of invoice on monthly basis.

Selection Criteria:

The lowest price will not be the sole criterion; quality, delivery time, and previous experience will also be considered. The procurement committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason

Other:

• Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names / companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted.
