ExperienceMinimum 4-5 years of related experience required (Relevant experience in CA, ACCA, AFD programs will be privileged).

Job description

· Finalization of projections and overall plans

· Planning of time tables of all levels: AFD, PRC, CAF

· Planning and execution of faculty meetings of all types

· Execution of changes of CA/ACCA scheme at all levels

· Coordination with ICAP on educational and examination matters

· Resolution of course-specific issues for coordinators at various levels

· Conducting feedbacks of all levels

· Holding counselling sessions at PRC/AFD level

· Management of student societies and events in Garden Town

· Oversight of bi-annual QCR for the Garden Town (30/10)

· Finalization of comments for CAF & CFAP submissions to ICAP/ACCA

· Attendance at ICAP seminars and dissemination of key information to the team

· Budget finalization (16/10)

· Monitoring and reviewing weekly marketing activities and campaigns: AFD, PRC

· Ensuring compliance with job descriptions across PRC, CAF, CFAP, & AFD levels

Facilitation

· Monthly reporting of faculty hours to the accounts office for AFD, PRC, CAF (Gulberg and SOL struck through)

· Effective room allocation across all levels: AFD

· Prompt resolution of teaching-related issues

Pay: Up to Rs1.00 per month
