Sourcecode is Hiring: Academic Writer Team Lead (Full-time, On-site, Night Shift)
Were looking for a skilled and experienced Academic Writer Team Lead to manage and support our team of writers. This is a full-time, on-site role with night shift hours from 9 PM to 6 AM.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Solid background in academic writing and research
- Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM)
- Full-time, in-office availability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Education, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in academic writing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with academic writing tools and software
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
