Job description

We are recruiting for an Accounts Manager BASED ONLY IN BAHRIA TOWN KARACHI, Pakistan.

This role handles accounts and finance, tax-related matters, and generating monthly reports.

FEMALE STAFF PREFERRED. BOTH CAN APPLY

Key Responsibilities

Prcess vendor payments and manage receivables.

Assist in managing vendor communications, purchase orders, payments, and periodic account reconciliation.

Maintain filing systems for financial and administrative documents.

Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts.

Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintenance of proper books of accounts.

Preparation of all types of vouchers.

Cross-checking of invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.

Processing business expenses and managing day-to-day transactions.

Maintenance of filing records.

Preparation of fixed assets register and ensuring that all company assets are properly tagged.

Vender & Customer WHT & Sales Tax calculation

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need.

· BBA/ B-Com or Equivalent Degree

· Professional experience of 4 years Minimum.

· Knowledge of MS Office & Accounting Software

· Good communication skills
