Account Management Associate

We are looking for a skilled and motivated eBay Account Management Associate with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon seller accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, listing optimization, advertising strategies, and account health management. This role requires attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central account for maximum performance and visibility.
• Create, update, and enhance product listings with effective SEO, bullet points, and high-quality content.
• Execute Amazon PPC campaigns, analyse performance, and adjust strategies to increase ROI.
• Monitor account health metrics, sales performance, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and warehouse teams for stock management and order fulfilment.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Generate performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Amazons policies to prevent account suspension or penalties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing Amazon seller accounts.
• Strong command of Amazon Seller Central tools and features.
• Expertise in Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
• Experience in running and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Good understanding of product sourcing, pricing, and marketplace algorithms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Amazon marketplaces outside of the local region (e.g., Amazon USA, UK, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of graphic editing tools like Canva or Photoshop (optional but a plus).
