Accounts Officer

About Us:

We are a growing Amazon selling agency based in Lahore, working with local and international clients to manage their Amazon FBA and wholesale businesses. Our services include product research, account management, PPC campaigns, and end-to-end e-commerce support. As we expand, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage both client and internal company accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Account Management:

Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and profit & loss for clients.

Prepare monthly financial statements and profitability reports for each client.

Track client billing, payments, and outstanding dues.

Coordinate with the client servicing team to reconcile invoices and service charges.

Office & Internal Accounts:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping of agency finances.

Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.

Manage payroll, vendor payments, tax filings, and employee reimbursements.

Oversee expense tracking, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives.

Assist in financial forecasting and planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2-3 years of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel).

Familiarity with Amazon seller reports, e-commerce billing, or multi-client accounting is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
