Kashmir Education Foundation (KEF) invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the post of Account Officer for its Head Office, at Rawalpindi. The candidate must have minimum qualification of Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (CMA partly qualified preferred), with 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a reputable institution, preferably in NGO sector.

Salary package would be PKR. 35,000/- to 40,000/-.

Candidates with following capabilities will be preferred:

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Finance Manager to maintain accurate financial records for all institutions and the head office and handle day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing monthly reports.

· Prepare and process annual capital and revenue budgets.

· Record transactions and manage the accounting system.

· Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Reconcile bank statements and ensure balance accuracy.

· Supervise payroll, preparation of payments and monitor budget expenditures.

· Banking for the foundation.

Skills & Requirements:

· 1-2 years of accounting experience.

· Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· A resident of Rawalpindi and licensed to ride a motorcycle
