Accounts Officer

As an Accounts and Finance Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial transactions of the organization. This role ensures that all financial records are accurate, compliant with relevant regulations, and align with the organizations goals. Reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and personnel administration, and managing office operations. Managing and performing the daily operations of the accounting department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze financial information to post entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.
• Maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.
• Implement financial policies and procedures.
• Preparing and reconciling bank statements.
• Prepare and maintain file management system.
• Maintaining documentation of contracts, legal, corporate, and tax documents.
• Preparation of Invoices for all corporate and market customers.
• Providing information to the top management on a monthly and need basis, along with proper financial tools such as Pie Charts, Graphs, Ratio Analysis, etc.
• Asset Management, reports, and maintaining Asset records, along with Depreciation.

Personal/Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software and MS office.
• Proficient in accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with accounting principles.
• The ability of multitasking and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
