Summary

As an AI Engineer specializing in generative technologies, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, building, and deploying advanced AI models and applications capable of producing innovative content and solutions. This role involves close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate these generative models into our diverse product and service offerings, thereby enhancing user experiences and driving significant business value.

Key Responsibilities

Generative Model Development & Optimization

• Crafting and refining generative AI models, encompassing capabilities such as natural language generation, image synthesis, and beyond.
• Collaborating extensively with diverse functional teams to articulate AI project specifications and objectives, ensuring perfect alignment with overarching organizational aims.
• Conducting continuous research to remain at the forefront of breakthroughs in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning methodologies, identifying strategic integration opportunities within our portfolio.
• Implementing sophisticated algorithms and architectural designs using leading frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or comparable platforms.
• Executing empirical experiments to rigorously test and validate model performance, iteratively enhancing based on analytical insights.
• Partnering with product management to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the latest advancements across generative AI and broader machine learning domains.
• Contributing actively to code review processes, comprehensive documentation, and the establishment of best practices for AI development.
• Designing, architecting, and deploying generative AI models and algorithms leveraging cutting-edge techniques such as GPT variants, VAEs, and GANs.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a cognate technical discipline.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
• Demonstrated expertise with prominent machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenAI libraries).
• Proven track record in developing and deploying generative AI models, coupled with a deep theoretical and practical understanding of deep learning techniques including GPT, VAE, and GANs.
• Familiarity with data preparation, feature engineering, and model validation techniques.
• Exceptional aptitude for problem-solving and a strong capacity for collaborative teamwork.
• Superior communication abilities, both in written and verbal forms.
• Practical experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for the deployment and management of AI models.
• Awareness of ethical considerations pertinent to AI development and strategies for bias mitigation.
• Proficiency in modern software development paradigms, including version control systems like Git.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in AI development, with a distinct emphasis on generative models.
