Assistant Consultant
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Assist in achieving the sales target.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Provide updates on services, or deliverables.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups as needed.
- Ensure that deadlines and service level agreements are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collect client feedback to improve services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports and summaries for internal and external use.
- Assist in contract renewals or up selling services.
- Address issues proactively and resolve client complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
