Assistant Manager HR

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, possess strong organizational abilities, and have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in hiring of resources according to the approved headcount.
• Conducting interviews and screening process.
• Managing hiring headcount and induction approvals.
• Prepare Employment Cost budget and ensure monthly monitoring
• Assist HR Manager in Annual Salary Review and Bonus pay out cycle.
• Assist HR Manager in reward policy upgrades.
• Review Joiners and Leavers to ensure it is correctly reflected in payroll.
• Manage Reward n Recognition process and timely delivery of Reward Vouchers to employees
• Timely payment of Final settlement to leavers
• Maintaining recruitment, hiring MIS and preparing dashboard.
• Ensuring the Objective Setting & Mid-Year Reviews, performance improvement plans are completed for company Staff.
• Maintaining the Intern Head Count as per the Business Plan.
• Managing the hiring, onboarding of staff at company level.
• Processing the Payroll.
• Dealing with the HR related matters of company staff and ensure their resolution.
• Record keeping of monthly meeting minutes with follow up.
• Any other task/ responsibility handed over by Line Manager.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 years of experience in HR

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

• Minimum Bachelors Degree, preferably in HRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
