Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee expiry management of inventory to ensure strict FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) compliance.
  • Lead the resolution of customer and consumer complaints related to product quality and handling.
  • Ensure that Bazaars own brand (private label) products meet internal quality standards upon warehouse receipt.
  • Conduct weekly Gemba walks for facility and stock hygiene audits, and coordinate closure actions with cross-functional teams.
  • Perform regular compliance audits of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Enhance batch/expiry management processes with the goal of achieving 99% accuracy between system records and physical stock.
  • Execute 100% monthly ICQA (Inventory Control Quality Assurance) audits.
  • Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices throughout the warehouse.
  • Deliver mandatory SOP training within the first 3 months, including:
  • Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)
  • 5S Methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
  • Audit all product categories to ensure 99.97% FEFO compliance.
  • Drive efforts to achieve a 90% reduction in expired stock levels.
  • Manage and liquidate QA holds in alignment with internal quality protocols.
  • Ensure full PPE compliance and proactive incident reporting as part of HSE commitment.
  • Lead Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices to ensure pest-free operations.
  • Conduct thorough Inbound and Return stock inspections in accordance with QA standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance processes in warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with FEFO, ICQA, and 5S principles
  • Hands-on experience in inventory audits and compliance tracking
  • Strong communication and complaint resolution skills
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices
  • Ability to train and lead teams across departments
  • Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy and hygiene
  • Strong analytical skills for batch and expiry analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
