Bid Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Bidding Agent to join our team and help us secure projects on Upwork and Fiverr. As a Bidding Agent, your primary responsibility will be to identify, bid on, and manage client proposals effectively to win new projects. You will work closely with the team to understand project requirements and deliver customized, persuasive bids that stand out to potential clients.

Location: Gulberg lll.

Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential projects on Upwork and Fiverr.- Create tailored proposals and bid on relevant projects, ensuring they align with our services.

- Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and negotiating project terms when necessary.

- Follow up with clients to maintain interest and increase chances of securing the project.

- Track and report on bidding performance, ensuring targets are met.

- Stay updated on trends and best practices for bidding on these platforms.

Requirements:

- Experience with Upwork and Fiverr platforms (either as a freelancer or in a bidding role).

- Strong communication and writing skills, with an ability to create persuasive proposals.

- Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
