Job Summary:
The Business Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, and ensuring that business processes run smoothly. This role acts as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, contributing to increased efficiency and organization-wide communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure effective communication between departments
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support team logistics
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables
- Handle internal and external correspondence professionally
- Support finance and HR teams with basic data entry and record-keeping
- Track KPIs and generate performance summaries as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination, administration, or support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM or project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Trello)
- Familiarity with budget tracking and invoice processing
- Background in a fast-paced or client-facing industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
