Business Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Business Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, and ensuring that business processes run smoothly. This role acts as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, contributing to increased efficiency and organization-wide communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure effective communication between departments
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support team logistics
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables
  • Handle internal and external correspondence professionally
  • Support finance and HR teams with basic data entry and record-keeping
  • Track KPIs and generate performance summaries as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination, administration, or support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM or project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Trello)
  • Familiarity with budget tracking and invoice processing
  • Background in a fast-paced or client-facing industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
