Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and engage potential business opportunities and prospects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities.
• Assist in the creation and execution of strategic plans to achieve business goals.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, reporting findings to senior management.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to represent the company.
• Stay updated on industry developments and trends to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (6 months to 1 year preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
