Position Title: Business Development Executive

Location: G-11, Islamabad.

Job Nature: Full-Time. On-site Preferred.

Timings: 5pm - 2am

Sales & BD Executive Role:

This is an exceptionally exciting opportunity for an aspiring candidate who wants to build his/her career in Sales and Business Development. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients, converting warm leads into active business opportunities, and fostering long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

You will focus on strengthening brand presence and driving sales through strategic relationship building and client engagement. Your duties will include planning, implementing, digital marketing campaigns of designated profile across all digital networks.

· Identify and target potential clients through various lead generation methods. Utilize market research and networking to locate and engage with decision-makers within targeted sectors.

· Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs and how MicroAgility can meet them.

· Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and conference calls with prospects and clients to discuss MicroAgility’s services and their potential benefits.

· Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Engage clients during and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.

· Monitor sales performance and client engagement metrics. Report findings to the management team to inform business strategies and adjust sales tactics as necessary.

· Work closely with the marketing team to develop materials and strategies that support sales efforts. Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure that client commitments are met.

What makes you Ideal Fit:

· At least 2 year of experience in sales, preferably in a role that encompasses the full sales cycle within the technology consulting industry or technology staffing industry.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and engage effectively with all levels of business contacts.

· Has a finger on the pulse of whats happening in Sales newer methodologies, with an insatiable hunger for learning.

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

· Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate client needs and build lasting relationships.

· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas and overcoming obstacles in the sales process.

Nice to have Additional Desirable Skills:

· Basic understanding of CRMs such as HubSpot software.

· Industry knowledge relevant to the services offered by MicroAgility.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
