ERS TECH is seeking highly skilled Bidding Experts with proven experience in acquiring projects on Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, writing winning proposals, and securing high-value projects for our software development, blockchain, fintech, AI, mobile & web development services.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and analyze project opportunities on Upwork✅ Write compelling, customized proposals that effectively showcase our expertise✅ Manage bidding strategies to secure projects with a high success rate✅ Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and close deals✅ Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration✅ Stay updated with freelancing platform trends and best practices

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Bidding Expert on Upwork✔ Strong understanding of IT services, software development, blockchain, fintech, AI, mobile & web development✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English✔ Ability to draft persuasive proposals and negotiate project terms✔ A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of winning projects✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
