• Position Overview: As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This is a pre-dominantly outdoors job, where candidate will have to visit potential corporate and retail clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market segments to develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position competitively.

Qualifications:

• At least bachelors degree.
• Proficient in outdoor selling, relationship building, and lead generation.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
