Call Center Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team on the night shift. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.

2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Resolve Customer Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

4. Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

5. Maintain Accurate Records: Update customer records and databases with accurate and timely information.

6. Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

  • International Call center: 2 years (Required)
