Calling Representatives
We are seeking Calling Representatives to join our dynamic client relations team. If you have experience working in call centers or customer service (preferably in the banking sector) and are skilled in client communication, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to clients for payment recovery and service follow-ups.
* Update client information and call outcomes on CRM systems and Excel sheets.
* Resolve client queries and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
* Maintain daily call logs and prepare reports for supervisors.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of call center or customer relations experience (banking sector preferred).
* Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Must be available to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
* Willingness to undergo a 3-month probation period.
