Chat Support Executive

We are an INBOUND Customer Service Provider (no sales) and our clients are based in the US, Canada and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are looking for serious candidates with previous inbound CSR experience, ideally in a US or UK based campaign.

Job Duties include:

  • Answering customer service inquiries via email, live chat and phone calls
  • Respond to new service inquiries, complaints and handle other day to day processes
  • Attend trainings and team meetings
  • Work as a team player and assist team members as needed
  • Flexible with different shift timings and work with the team to ensure coverage

Skillset Requirements:

  • Good English writing and speaking skills
  • Can speak fluently with a neutral accent
  • Write English without grammatical errors
  • Good typing speed and can learn new systems
  • Is able to manage different shift timings

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 70,000 salary
