Job Notice: Chat Support Executive (Software House)

Location: In-personSalary:

• Rs. 30,000 for Freshers
• Rs. 45,000 for Experienced (based on experience)

Job Title: Chat Support Executive - Software House (Campaign, Graphic & Arts)Experience Required: 1.5 to 2 Years (for Experienced)Age Requirement: 17 to 25 YearsGender: Both Male & Female

Shift Timings (7-hour shifts):

• First Shift (Just for Females): 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Second Shift (Not for Females): 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Third Shift (Not for Females): 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM

We are looking for Chat Support Executives to join our dynamic software house team. This is a great opportunity for freshers as well as individuals with prior experience in customer support, particularly chat-based communication. The position also involves supporting campaigns and contributing to graphic and arts-related projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and prompt chat support to clients and customers.
• Assist in managing and executing campaigns effectively.
• Collaborate with the graphic and arts team to support creative projects.
• Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active communication.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Generate leads and contribute to achieving sales targets for additional commission.

Requirements:

• Freshers: No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and communicate effectively.
• Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Prior experience in handling chat support, especially in a software house environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle pressure effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
