Job Summary:

Nexus Healthcare Management is looking for a proactive and experienced Client Account Manager to join our Care Management team. This role involves leading the training, execution, and implementation of care programs, ensuring patients receive timely and effective services. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering client satisfaction and possess a deep understanding of patients clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of Care management programs across client practices.
  • Train and support client staff on clinical workflows and program protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client clinical teams
  • Guide care teams in developing and managing patient communications, inquiries & needs.
  • Coordinate with internal clinical, operational, and technical teams for service delivery
  • Oversee patient communication processes to support engagement and adherence
  • Address client needs using strong clinical knowledge and regulatory understanding
  • Align services with client goals through ongoing needs assessment
  • Monitor industry trends and compliance updates to implement best practices across care management domains.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in account management, client relations, or care coordination within healthcare (preferably in care management, population health, or managed care).
  • Familiarity with care management programs, value-based care, and healthcare payer/provider dynamics.

Education:

MBBS degree and 01-year house job or D Pharm, Nutritionists, physiotherapists with clinical background preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
  • Familiarity with care management programs, value-based care, and healthcare payer/provider dynamics.
  • Leadership and Time Management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions.

  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
  • Job Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM PKT
