Job Profile As a Client Relationship Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our US-based healthcare providers. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound communications, addressing technical and service-related concerns, and ensuring prompt resolution through appropriate internal escalation. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of provider satisfaction and fostering long-term professional relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from providers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide first-level support to resolve provider concerns related to IT issues, billing discrepancies, or operational inquiries.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Handle provider complaints with empathy, offering practical solutions and ensuring follow-through.
  • Follow company communication protocols, service guidelines, and compliance policies at all times.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to a US-based audience.
  • Uphold data security and information confidentiality in line with organizational standards.
  • Ensure tasks are completed as per priority and direction provided by Team Leader/Supervisor.
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal teams and external partners.
  • Adhere to professional telephone etiquette and maintain a customer-first approach.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Shift duration is 9 hours a day and 5 days a week. (Permanent Night Shift Job)
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Team leader/Supervisor.
