The ideal candidate will be well-versed in educational regulatory frameworks and possess the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable policies. This pivotal role demands a proactive professional who can foster a culture of ethical compliance and continuous improvement across academic and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure institutional compliance with local, national, and international education laws, accreditation requirements, and HEC standards
• Develop, review, and enforce institutional compliance policies in collaboration with internal departments
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels and recommend areas for improvement
• Liaise with regulatory and accreditation bodies to ensure timely reporting and adherence to standards
• Train and guide faculty and staff on compliance protocols, policies, and best practices
• Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with risk management
• Maintain organized records of audits, incidents, and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability
• Lead communication efforts to raise awareness of compliance requirements across campus

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferably within a higher education institution)
• Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation frameworks in Pakistans higher education sector
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and drive policy implementation
• A commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement
