Contact Center Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team as a Senior Operations(Business Support Specialist). This role will require strong leadership, exceptional English communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate should be able to handle meetings and calls with the utmost professionalism and care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle internal and external meetings/calls with professionalism and clarity.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Address and resolve team concerns with empathy and patience.
  • Maintain high levels of attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Stay calm under pressure and navigate difficult situations with professionalism.

Job Type: Full Time Night Shift (8PM-5AM)
