Corporate Sales Manager

Position Title: Sales Manager - Office Equipment & Printing Solutions

Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with solid experience in the office equipment and printing solutions industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in handling both government and corporate clients, along with a successful track record of driving sales performance and leading high-achieving teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for office equipment, managed print services (MPS), and consumables.
  • Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with key decision-makers in government departments and private organizations.
  • Identify, pursue, and manage tender opportunities and large-scale corporate deals.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new business opportunities and keep up with evolving industry trends.
  • Craft and present tailored proposals and solutions to align with client-specific requirements.
  • Work closely with technical, support, and operations teams to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction.
  • Generate and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the office equipment and printing solutions industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing government contracts and corporate sales accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS), printing systems, and related consumables.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize performance.
  • Well-established professional network within government and corporate sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willing to travel across the country as required.
