CSR for US Campaign

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and/or chats with customers regarding product inquiries, account issues, billing concerns, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems with attention to detail.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams following standard procedures.
  • Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, and quality assurance targets.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and campaign-specific protocols through regular training.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Location: Garden Town, Lahore

Timings: 8:00PM-5:00AM

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
