Customer Experience Officer

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery
  • Gather customer feedback and report insights to management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
