Position Overview:As a Client Associate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the client management team to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and senior management to build strong relationships, address client needs, and contribute to the overall growth of client accounts. This role requires a blend of relationship management, operational support, and strategic thinking to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client relationships by serving as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the client management team to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements, and help deliver tailored solutions.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience.
• Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM tools, ensuring all interactions and transactions are documented.
• Prepare regular reports on client performance, satisfaction, and account growth for internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide strategic insights to clients and the team.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding client retention, satisfaction, and account growth targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 80,000 - 150,000 + Commission

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in client management, account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in B2B.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively support clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and client management processes.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work during night shifts to align with U.S. and Canadian business hours.
