Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling products or services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote and sell products or services
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen to customers
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven sales experience or willingness to learn sales techniques
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications

Night shift job (8:30pm to 5:30am)
