Job Description:We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging with US-based customers to promote home warranty and energy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound/inbound calls to US-based customers for home warranty and energy services.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about services while addressing customer queries.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Record customer information, interactions, and sales outcomes in the system.
• Follow up on potential leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Adhere to call scripts, quality standards, and company protocols during every interaction.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, especially in English.
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proven track record in sales (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work during US business hours.
