Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Resolve issues, offer solutions, and ensure satisfaction
  • Upsell/cross-sell salon services
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (minimum)
  • 2+ years of call center or tele-sales experience (preferred)
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Strong communication, multitasking and computer skills
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Professional in Nature
