Customer Service Officer
Job Description:As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. You will handle a variety of customer requests via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Track customer feedback and provide insights for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts calmly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
