*Job Description:*

Were on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Business Development Executive at our esteemed company. As a vital member of our team, youll specialize in tele sales, engaging potential customers through outbound calls and achieving sales targets.

*Responsibilities:*

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers during your assigned shift.

- Articulate the features and benefits of our products/services persuasively.

- Exceed sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation.

- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities using our CRM system.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to accomplish campaign objectives.

- Adhere to established sales scripts and processes for consistency and effectiveness.

*Requirements:*

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Demonstrated experience in tele sales or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.

- Punctuality and ability to commute to Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

- Professional demeanor and customer-centric approach.

*Compensation:*
