Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer service representative will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, generating interest in the companys products or services, and setting the stage for further sales engagement. The focus is on effective cold calling, building rapport with prospects, and creating opportunities for conversion.

Job Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 35k to 40k

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to a list of potential customers, introducing the companys products or services and initiating conversations.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport quickly with cold leads, focusing on turning initial contact into meaningful conversations.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the companys products and services to effectively present and discuss them during calls.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by identifying their interest, needs, and potential to convert into customers.
• Follow-Up Calls: Follow up with potential leads, ensuring consistent engagement and nurturing interest to push them towards the next step.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the companys CRM system.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on progress, outcomes, and challenges related to cold calling efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to initiate conversations and engage prospects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident phone presence.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume calling.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
