Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the best solution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
• Provide product/service information and assist customers in navigating our offerings
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
• Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service or related role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software
