Customer Support Representative (Night Shift)

Overview:

We are looking for Experienced and fresh "Customer Support Representative" for a US-based campaign. The primary focus of the role is to work with the customer support team. As a representative your responsibilities include identifying and providing prompt and clear solutions via phone calls. Our ideal candidate should be motivated, an excellent communicator, and able to work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as on their own initiative.

Please note: The minimum qualification required for this position is Intermediate or above. Candidates who are currently in matriculation or have just passed are not eligible for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand prospects needs.
  • Clarify information and address inquiries.
  • Research and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
  • Following work regulation diligently.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of all daily calling task

Requirements.

  • Fresh or Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience.
  • Intermediate / (O - A Levels) or above higher degree
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Critical Thinker/problem solver
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Salary + Incentives Earn Up-to 70K
