Customer Support Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Appointment Setter located in Islamabad. Appointment Setter will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, and generating leads for the sales team. Additional duties include following up on leads, maintaining client records, and collaborating with team members to develop effective calling strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cold Calling and Appointment Setting
  • Proficient in Lead Generation and Customer Support
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Manage and Update Client Records
  • Problem-Solving Skills and Ability to Work in a Team
  • Knowledge of Data Entry and Administrative Tasks
  • Previous Experience in BPO Services is a plus
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
