Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Customized Boxes Sales Manager(USA)(Night Shift) to head our B2B sales efforts in Pakistan, with a strong focus on acquiring and managing U.S.-based clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships, closing high-value deals, and ensuring client satisfaction while aligning with global standards of service and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new B2B opportunities within the packaging industry.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, both domestically and internationally.
• Collaborate with internal teams including production, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless order execution.
• Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports to the headquarters.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, virtual conferences, and client engagements.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record in deal negotiation, client presentations, and account management.
• Experience with U.S. clients or markets is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
