Data and Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting key performance metrics, monitoring operator performance, and providing insights to drive business decisions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in data analysis and visualization, who can effectively communicate trends and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor operator performance and errors daily.

- Generate error performance reports and ensure success rates are stable.

- Report issues to relevant departments for corrective actions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze acquisition and revenue performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Identify and report relevant trends, errors, and insights to management.

- Update and report on key metrics such as Lifetime Value (LTV) and user churn.

Dashboard & Visualization:

- Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and trackers to support executive decision-making.

- Visualize customer support journeys and other key data points.

Trend Analysis:

- Identify user trends and payment issues.

- Provide actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

User Engagement & Journey Analysis:

- Analyze user engagement metrics to understand user journeys and engagement patterns.

- Provide detailed reports and insights on user behavior, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.

Viewership Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze viewership patterns and trends to identify content performance and audience preferences.

- Report on viewership performance on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis as needed.

- Generate detailed viewership reports to support content strategy and programming decisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI).

- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Python or other database management tools.

- Familiarity with subscription-based business models.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
