Deputy Manager Production

Amarant Pharmaceuticals, a renowned leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with operations spanning nationwide and internationally, is seeking competent, dynamic, and experienced professionals for the following role:

Qualification: Pharm-D or equivalent.

Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role with a leading pharmaceutical company,

(especially Nutraceuticals plant experience).

Position Requirements:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities for pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, DRAP regulations, and other relevant industry standards.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance for smooth production processes.
• Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workforce management to meet targets.
• Optimize production efficiency by identifying process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for batch manufacturing and compliance audits.
• Lead and train production staff to maintain high performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and workplace hygiene standards.
