Job Title: Deputy Manager - SalesDepartment: SalesEmployment Type: Full-time on site
Job Purpose:
The Deputy Manager - Sales will support the sales team in driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and coordinating day-to-day sales activities. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements.
- Ensure execution of sales campaigns and promotions to drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client queries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Track sales performance and report regularly to the Sales Manager or senior management.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Work with the team to forecast sales trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Support & Development:
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
- Assist in training new team members on products, services, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales activities.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Identify and implement strategies to overcome challenges and maximize sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on the companys products, services, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback on product improvements based on client input and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
