Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels, including paid search, SEO, and social media.
- Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of 25 digital marketers, including SEO specialists, PPC analysts, content writers, designers, and social media managers. Foster collaboration and ensure each team member contributes to campaign success.
- Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, organic SEO efforts, social media initiatives, and content marketing programs.
- Performance Reporting:
Regularly report campaign performance, insights, and ROI to senior management. Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
- Content Development:
Guide the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored for digital platforms. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital assets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches.
- Deadline Management:
Ensure all digital projects and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, without compromising quality or performance.
- Optimization & Innovation:
Continuously analyse marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and team productivity.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, social media, and content strategy.
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters preferred).
