Job Description: Ads Specialist - c2o (CabCall Outsource)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can develop lead-generation campaigns, manage ad performance, and engage potential customers through strategic social media management. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and eager to deliver measurable success across digital advertising and social channels.

  • Expert B2B Lead Gen via Paid & Email Campaigns: Run targeted paid campaigns (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or others recommended in your experience) AND develop email marketing strategies for B2B lead generation.
  • Strategic Multi-Channel Lead Optimization: Implement and refine digital strategies, including paid advertising and email, to maximize B2B lead quality and ROI.
  • Full-Spectrum Digital Marketing: Handle branding, content, social media, posting, reporting, and email marketing.
  • Develop Targeted B2B Content & Email Sequences: Create lead-focused and brand-aligned content for various platforms, including compelling email sequences for lead nurturing.
  • Manage & Grow B2B Social Media & Email Engagement: Build brand presence and engagement on key platforms and through targeted email campaigns to support lead gen.
  • Implement Robust Tracking & Analytics: Measure performance of all digital efforts, emphasizing ad and email ROI, and lead attribution.
  • Generate Actionable Performance Reports: Provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement in lead generation, branding, and email effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on Integrated Marketing: Align lead gen (including email), branding, and other digital efforts with sales and marketing teams.
  • Support Graphics Team: Provide input and feedback on visuals, ensuring brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising, specifically in managing and optimizing ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar.

· Google Ads Certification (required) and Facebook Blueprint Certification (preferred).

· Proficiency with analytics and performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO/SEM tools.

· Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

· Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics to drive campaign success.

· Creative thinking and copywriting skills to develop engaging ad content that captures attention and drives action.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Proactive and results-driven with a passion for delivering measurable outcomes.

· Experience in lead generation campaigns, especially for B2B or B2C.

· A demonstrated ability to manage ad budgets effectively and deliver high-quality leads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs115,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
