Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute bulk email marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging and conversion-focused email content.
  • Manage email automation using Salesforce and GHL with HubSpot.
  • Optimise email deliverability and campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve open and response rates.
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach for lead generation and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on email performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bulk email marketing (3+ years).
  • Expertise in Salesforce, GHL, and other email marketing tools.
  • Strong content creation skills for email campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance.
  • Must have data analytical skills.
  • USA and European Market experience.
  • Ideal Customer Persona creating and understanding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
