Email Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Executive to lead revenue-generating email campaigns that drive sales, increase customer retention, and boost conversion rates. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to turn email into a high-impact sales channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive product or service sales.
- Develop persuasive email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action that convert.
- Create automated email workflows for lead nurturing, cart abandonment, upselling, and reactivation.
- Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue) and optimize accordingly.
- Segment customer lists based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history to improve personalization and results.
- Collaborate with the sales, content, and product teams to align email messaging with sales goals and promotions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on sales or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with email platforms
