Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely closure of assigned complaints/requests from all customer channelsInvestigate issues as per defined SOPsMeet turnaround time (TAT) targets for resolutionAdhere strictly to company policies and proceduresPerform additional relevant tasks as required
Job Requirements:Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable universityExperience: At least 1 year, preferably in a customer care or related fieldSkills Required:
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
- Product & system knowledge is a plus
Salary: PKR 50,000 - 60,000 per monthPreferred Certifications:
- Communication Skills Training
- Basic MS Office Training
- Product Training (at the time of hiring)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
