Job Description:

We are seeking a Female Receptionist with prior salon experience to become a key part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will be polished, confident, and experienced in handling front desk operations in a fast-paced salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience
• Manage incoming calls, appointment bookings, and inquiries
• Handle salon software for scheduling, billing, and client records
• Coordinate daily operations and support the salon team as needed
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-organized reception area
• Assist in promoting salon services, packages, and retail products
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is a must
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
• Proficiency in MS Office and salon booking systems
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a client-facing role
• Positive attitude, team player, and a service-oriented mindset
