We seek a proactive Business Analyst with 3-6 years of experience to conduct on-site assessments, analyze market trends, and translate field insights into actionable strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build proposals, perform cost analyses, and support the Business Development (BD) team in closing high-impact deals.

• Conduct on-site assessments to gather business requirements and identify operational inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and recommend process improvements.
• Translate field insights into actionable reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Research and define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to target high-potential prospects.
• Analyze market trends, industry data, and competitor landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of prospects businesses to pinpoint how our solutions address their challenges.
• Collaborate with BD to create compelling proposals, pitch decks, and ROI models.
• Tailor presentations to highlight product/service value propositions for specific ICPs.
• Develop detailed cost-benefit analyses, project estimates, and pricing strategies.
• Partner with finance and project teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of proposals.
• Serve as a liaison between BD, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights to refine product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor the success of initiatives and recommend improvements based on metrics.
• Present findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Continuously gather and synthesize market/competitive intelligence to stay ahead of trends.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, BS Business Analytics, BS CS/SE, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong skills in creating proposals, financial models, and pitch decks.
• Proficiency in Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
